Ingredients
- 3 Pork Chops
- 1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 7 pinches Salt
- 6 pinches Pepper
- 6 pinches Thyme
- .25 cup Milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Russet Potato
- 1 pinch Garlic
Directions
1. Season each side of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme |
2. Brown pork chops on both sides on med-low heat for about 10 minutes each side |
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and worcestershire sauce. |
4. Put pork chops on bottom of crock pot |
5. Pour mushroom sauce mixture over port chops |
6. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks and add to crock pot. |
7. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and garlic |
8. Cook on high for about 1 hour |
9. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours |
