Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Beef steak, chick, or pork, Sliced thin and pounded flat
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup milk, mix with egg
  • 2 cups Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • other seasonings, whatever sounds good

Directions

1. Slice meet, found flat into finger sized steaks
2. Dip in egg / milk mixture and then in cracker crumbs / seasonings mixture
3. Place on wire rack to dry (about 10 minutes)
4. Heat frying pan with about 1/4 inch oil in the bottom
5. Quickly cook finger steaks, turning once
6. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in oven
