Ingredients
- 1 lb. Beef steak, chick, or pork, Sliced thin and pounded flat
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup milk, mix with egg
- 2 cups Cracker Crumbs
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ½ tsp. Oregano
- other seasonings, whatever sounds good
Directions
1. Slice meet, found flat into finger sized steaks |
2. Dip in egg / milk mixture and then in cracker crumbs / seasonings mixture |
3. Place on wire rack to dry (about 10 minutes) |
4. Heat frying pan with about 1/4 inch oil in the bottom |
5. Quickly cook finger steaks, turning once |
6. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in oven |
